1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jyotirling ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Offered

Jyotirling provides: online sale of religious and spiritual products, puja booking with verified pandits, astrology consultations (chat, call, video), taxi booking for pilgrimages, and related spiritual content.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship pan-India. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Jyotirling is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Digital services (consultations, puja bookings) are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

7. Consultation Services

Astrology and pandit consultations are for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Consultation fees are non-refundable after the session begins.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activity, attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the platform, post false reviews, or resell our content without written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of Jyotirling or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jyotirling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
