1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is currently not available.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1โ2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 3โ5 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 5โ7 business days
- Remote areas: 7โ10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders above โน999. For orders below โน999, a flat shipping fee of โน99 is applicable.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order from the My Orders section in your account.
6. Courier Partners
We ship through reputed courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart. The courier partner may vary based on your location and shipment size.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is not delivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact our support team to reschedule delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged in Transit
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us within 24 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement.
