Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on physical products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags, and not a perishable, consumable, or custom/personalised item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital goods (e-books, digital downloads)
  • Astrology or pandit consultations once the session has commenced
  • Puja / ritual bookings once the service has been performed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Personalised or custom-made products

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. Select the order and click Request Return.
  3. Describe the reason and, if applicable, attach photos of any damage.
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Alternatively, email us at support@jyotirling.com with your order number and reason for return.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Please use a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled โ€” please initiate a return after delivery instead.
