Cancellation Policy

1. Product Order Cancellations

You may cancel a product order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible — please initiate a return after delivery instead.

To cancel an order, go to My Orders → Cancel Order, or contact our support team at support@jyotirling.com with your order number.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Consultation Cancellations

Scheduled consultations may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session or after the session has begun are non-refundable.

Walk-in (on-demand) consultations cannot be cancelled once the session has started.

3. Puja Booking Cancellations

Puja bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable as the pandit has already been confirmed.

4. Taxi Booking Cancellations

Taxi bookings may be cancelled at any time before the vehicle is dispatched. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur a partial cancellation charge depending on the distance covered.

5. Cancellations by Jyotirling

In rare circumstances, Jyotirling may cancel an order or booking due to pandit/astrologer unavailability, stock depletion, or fraud suspicion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically within 5–7 business days.
